It's Christmas, and Manny and the tools get a call from Mayor Rosa telling them that the big Christmas tree in the park won't light up. Upon trying to get to Kelly's house for her holiday party, they fix the tree, help Mrs Portillo fix her locked cafe door, help Sherman and his car out of the ice, and convince Mr Lopart to let them help him put his Christmas lights up, learning about different winter holidays along the way. When the gang discovers they are too late for the party, Kelly brings the party to them, and Manny finds Mr Lopart outside and convinces him to come into the repair shop by asking him to give his present to the tools.
