In sequence, you play a card every turn and place a chip on the correct square on the board. You have to work tactically and you don't have to lay down every time. The intention is to eventually get 2 rows of 5 tokens on the game board. Those rows may be laid down horizontally, vertically and diagonally. One of the game elements of Sequence is thwarting your opponents. Try to block the lines of the opponents with your cards.
