- Adults and children over 4 years of age: Take 1-2 capsules twice

daily, ideally 10
- 30 minutes before meals, or as recommended by your health care provider
- Children under 4 years of age: Take 1 capsule once or twice daily (capsule can be opened and sprinkled onto a little food)
