Green bean from Ethiopia and Tanzania is balanced by the flavour and aromatics from Brazil and Honduras. The Kilimanjaro Native Cooperative Union in Tanzania was established to ensure that a percentage of the profits from sale were retained to improve the social conditions of the entire region. The coffee is dependent on the skills and labour of the farmers from the Siha, Hai, Moshi Rural and Rombo districts and the conservation of their environment is of paramount importance.
